My Philosophy.

Your inner world creates your outer one.

Real transformation doesn’t begin with willpower, discipline, or forcing change.

I help people explore the patterns they’ve been carrying, the beliefs they’ve outgrown, and the truths they’re finally ready to step into.

Some sessions look like leadership development. Others look like relational insight, identity clarity, spiritual integration, or a gentle unraveling of long-held self-doubt.

There is no single method, only the thread we follow together.

I blend depth and practicality: a mix of psychology, nervous-system awareness, somatic grounding, wisdom, and honest conversation.

It’s where the mystical meets the real, where the inner self meets the outer world you’re trying to shape.

This work is for people who are ready to grow; not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more fully themselves.

If you’re in a season of transition, expansion, awakening, leadership, or self-discovery, you are in the right place.

Let’s explore what’s unfolding in you.

  • Founder of Innersight Consulting & Executive Director of Avenue B Harm Reduction

Laura supports leaders and helpers who are navigating complexity, transition, and responsibility — often while quietly carrying more than most people realize.

Alongside formal training in leadership coaching, mindfulness, yoga, mediation, somatic communication, sound bath facilitation, and Reiki, Laura brings lived experience of significant personal and professional change. Her work has been shaped by grief, burnout, neurodivergence, and the long process of rebuilding a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and true.

Laura’s approach is calm, grounded, and deeply human. She believes clarity doesn’t come from fixing yourself — it comes from learning how to listen inwardly, regulate your nervous system, and lead from a place of integrity rather than pressure.

Her work is especially resonant for people who are thoughtful, capable, and tired of pushing — and ready to lead from who they actually are.

I am nothing if not multipassionate.

I’m a multipassionate creator and collaborator, and my work naturally spans many areas.

Coaching is the heart of what I do, but the expression of that work takes many forms — from leadership development to relationship insight, organizational clarity, harm reduction consulting, creative projects, and spiritual exploration.

If there’s a project, conversation, or idea that aligns with growth, clarity, or human development, I’m open to exploring it.

I collaborate fluidly — through coaching, facilitation, consulting, writing, creative partnership, or simply helping you follow the thread of what wants to unfold.

In short: I don’t fit into one box, and neither does my work.

If you have something meaningful in mind, let’s talk about how we can build it together.
